REFUND POLICY

Canceling room within 14 days before check-in (not including check-in day, weekends, nation holidays), we refund 100% of the deposit.

Canceling room within 10-13 days (not including check-in day, weekends, nation holidays), we refund 70% of the deposits.

Canceling room within 7-9 days before check-in (not including check-in day, weekends, nation holidays), we refund 50% of the deposits.

Canceling room within 4-6 days before check-in (not including check-in day, weekends, nation holidays), we refund 40% of the deposits.

Canceling room within 2-3 days before check-in (not including check-in day, weekends, nation holidays), we refund 30% of the deposits.

Canceling room before the day you check-in (not including check-in day, weekends, nation holidays), we refund 20% of the deposits.

Canceling room on the same day you check-in, no deposit will be refund.

NOISE POLICY

Please be quiet between 12 a.m. to 7 a.m.at the whole of the hostel.

WALK-UP BUILDING

Up to two floors. No elevator or doorman. No bell customer service.
